AirDog II-4G Lift Pump & Sump for 2010-2018 Dodge Ram Cummins Diesel

The AirDog II-4G DF-165 fuel system is designed for the 2010-2018 Dodge Ram Common Rail Cummins. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. A Fuel Module Upgrade Kit is installed in the factory fuel basket to pull fuel through a factory-style 1/2" bulkhead fitting, bypassing the factory in-tank lift pump. The pressure side connects directly into the side of the injection pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through the factory 3/8" suction line once the module is modified.

This 165GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system is suitable for moderately modified trucks. The fuel filter bypass kit allows for complete removal of the factory fuel filter with the use of an aftermarket fuel filtration system such as an Airdog or FASS. With an aftermarket fuel system that bypasses the factory fuel filter, the old filter becomes an eye sore and unneeded clutter under the hood of your truck. The fuel filter bypass mounts perfectly to allow the factory fuel return lines to be used without any relocating or bending.

The AirDog II-4G DF-165 fuel system is preset at 15-17 PSI and supports 500HP-800HP. It provides improved throttle response, smoother idle, and better acceleration. The system includes a Precision Parts Dual Port Integrated Return Bottom Tank Mount Fuel Sump. Additionally, it comes with a Fuel Filter Bypass that installs in place of the stock filter, allowing for unrestricted fuel flow to the engine and a Water In Fuel (WIF) sensor port.
